This is a Networking Project on Enhanced Interior gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) to configure and verify Route summarization.
IIn this project, I explained the configuration of the Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) on a network. EIGRP configuration is an effective method for conserving router resources and streamlining the routing table. I demonstrated how EIGRP enables advanced routing engineering, utilizing longest-match routing and routing summaries. The project included the configuration and verification of EIGRP route summarization, along with an explanation of the benefits of summary routing (route aggregation). I highlighted how this approach can prevent unwanted queries and mitigate the risk of "Stuck in Active" (SIA) states in the EIGRP autonomous system if a single route becomes unavailable.
